Around the property

Wi-Fi

Free unlimited Wi-Fi across the property. Reconnect from the network list if you drop out on the deck.

Kitchen

Open 6am–11pm. Label your food, wash up straight away, bins emptied nightly.

Bathrooms

Shared bathrooms on each level. Towels can be hired at reception for $5.

Laundry

$4 wash / $4 dry, coins from reception. Last load 8pm.

Quiet hours

10pm–7am. Please move conversations to the deck after 10pm.

Parking

Free street parking on Marina Blvd. Overnight bays behind the pier.

Smoking

Designated area by the east gate only. $100 fee for smoking indoors.

Emergency exits

Stairwells at each end of the corridor. Assembly point: car park flagpole.

Extra parking: Wilson Parking — 45 Flinders Street

Secure multi-storey car park, a short walk from the marina.
